Humid Continental - Kejimkujik experiences warm, humid summers and cold, snowy winters. The park has four distinct seasons, with spring and autumn being transitional periods. Precipitation is fairly evenly distributed throughout the year.
June to September
This is the best time to visit Kejimkujik for hiking, camping, and wildlife viewing. The weather is warm, and most park facilities are open. The summer months also offer the longest daylight hours.
May and October
The shoulder seasons offer fewer crowds and pleasant weather for outdoor activities. However, some facilities may be closed, and weather can be unpredictable.
