Overview
The Dambulla Cave Temple, also known as the Golden Temple of Dambulla, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a major Buddhist pilgrimage site in Sri Lanka. It is the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in the country, featuring five caves with numerous Buddha statues, murals, and other religious artifacts.
