Overview
Onofrio's Fountain is a beautiful Renaissance-style fountain located in the heart of Dubrovnik's Old Town. It was built in 1438 by the Neapolitan architect Onofrio della Cava and is one of the city's most iconic landmarks.
The fountain was part of a sophisticated water system that supplied the city with fresh water and marked the beginning of the city's aqueduct system.
