About this experience

The cooking workshop is a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the culinary culture and gastronomy of the country like an authentic Nicaraguan, from the way the ingredients are selected and the reason for each product to the final point on the table before tasting the dish, a unique approach to traditional gastronomy through a quality experience with locals.
It is not always easy for tourists to have access to the traditional food of the country, since it is not cooked every day, it also requires more preparation time and a few more technical aspects, fried food is the most common in Nicaragua, however this food is not a direct influence of our ancestors, therefore we do not call it traditional food, it is at this point that we have designed this experience to bring visitors closer to this food and also to the way of preparing it, the origin and the history behind it.
