About this experience

The Telica volcano is located 30 kilometers from the city of Leon and belongs to the Maribios mountain chain. It is 1060 meters high and its crater has a depth of 120 meters and 700 meters of diameter. The last violent eruption was in 1948.

Once arrived to the crater you can see the large amount of smoke and gases released by the volcano as well as lava or glowing stones inside.
