Please proceed to the Cobra Cafe at Museumplein to meet your guide. Look for the guide holding a sign or umbrella with the company logo. It's crucial to be on time as the guide will have your entrance tickets. Once the tour begins, latecomers cannot join.

Your tour guide will have the tickets to the Van Gogh Museum ready for you. It will be handed out at the beginning of the tour. Please arrive 15 minutes before the starting time of the tour at the Cobra Cafe (Hobbemastraat 18, 1071 ZB Amsterdam) located at the Museumplein - we will meet by the parking/toilet entrance of the cafe. Your guide will be holding a 360 Amsterdam Tours orange umbrella.
Arriving after the starting time of the tour means that you can no longer join the tour. The tour is non-refundable, also in case of arriving after the starting time of the tour.
