About this experience

Explore the enticing world of Rum through one of the most renown distilleries, and ending with one of the most unique and newest rums. Indulge in a tasting Ron del Barrilito, a recipe from 1880 that provides an experience of escalated aging with its 4 barrel aged rums. In the end, we head to Old San Juan, to the hidden gem, Scryer, a barrel house with its unique take on rum to experience each section of their aging process and their final product. You can grab a bite to eat at their rooftop and enjoy their occasional special events.

With Ron del Barrilito at Hacienda Santa Ana we indulge in another of the old rums and one with great recognition in Puerto Rico. This magnificent rum, with original recipe from 1880, this is the first rum in the experience with no added flavor, but with an escalated aging. We will immerse ourselves in the world of aged rum though out the years. You will be able to see difference in flavors and aging through the tasting of all their selection.

Located in Old San Juan, offerinf one of the most modern rums in the Caribbean and the most unique in style, Scryer Rum is the perfect last stop with just one variety of rum. Scryer is distinguished by its combined finish from Sherry and Port Barrels giving the unique taste and experience. With just one rum to taste, you still get a full adventure as you will taste the rum straight from each of the barrels, experiencing each of the flavor notes, and end with the tasting of the finished Scryer Rum.
