About this experience

For sparkling personalities & bubbly taste buds!

South African MCC can compare with the best Champagne, Prosecco & Cava’s

in the world.

MCC stands for Method Cap Classique and is made the Method Champenoise way, just like in France.

We cannot call it Champagne according to French laws.

The focus of the tour will be on bubbly, the most delicate of wine styles.
