CANCELLATION POLICY
1. This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
2. Non utilised tour components will not be refunded.
• Your accommodation will require a credit card pre-authorisation of AU$100 per day plus AU$200 refundable bond to a maximum of AU$500. In the event that no credit card is available, full payment and a bond deposit of AU$100 per day to a maximum of AU$500 is required.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time.
The commencement of hotel pickups is approximately 2 hours prior to the departure time of the tour, you must make telephone contact with the local service provider to book the pickup and verify the exactness of your pickup time, this must be done at least 48hrs prior to the departure.

Fraser Island, known as K'gari to the Butchulla people, is the world's largest sand island. It's a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its pristine beaches, diverse wildlife, and unique ecosystems. The island offers a mix of adventure and relaxation, with opportunities for hiking, four-wheel driving, and wildlife spotting.
Lake McKenzie is a stunning perched lake with crystal-clear waters and white silica sand. It's one of the most famous attractions on Fraser Island and a must-visit for swimming, picnicking, and photography.
The Maheno is a famous shipwreck on Fraser Island, originally a luxury ocean liner that was beached during a cyclone in 1935. The rusting hull is a popular photo spot and a reminder of the island's maritime history.
Eli Creek is a freshwater creek that flows into the ocean, offering visitors a unique opportunity to swim or float down the gentle current. The boardwalk and picnic area make it a popular spot for families and nature lovers.

Champagne Pools are natural rock pools formed by waves crashing over the volcanic rock at the southern end of the island. These pools are perfect for swimming and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful coastal scenery.

The best time to visit Fraser Island is during the dry season, from April to October. The weather is pleasant, with warm days and cool nights, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The island is less humid, and there's a lower chance of rain.
