Meeting at the Shell Petrol Station in Rainbow Beach at 7:45 AM. Please arrive 10-minutes before the pickup time. If you wish to change your pickup, please contact the Operator by phone only, at least 48 hours prior to departure.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Travelers may cancel up to 7 days before the experience start time to receive a full refund, and between 3-6 days to receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given after that time period.
Your accommodation will require a credit card pre-authorisation of AU$100 per day plus AU$200 refundable bonds to a maximum of AU$500. In the event that no credit card is available, full payment and a bond deposit of AU$100 per day to a maximum of AU$500 are required.

This tour has separate depart locations depending on whether you are staying in Hervey Bay or Rainbow Beach. Please make sure you book the correct departure location. If you are staying in Hervey Bay, select pick up from Buccaneer Drive. If you are staying in Rainbow Beach, select pick up from Rainbow Beach Road.
The commencement of hotel pickups is approximately 2 hours prior to the departure time of the tour, you must make telephone contact with the local service provider to book the pickup and verify the exactness of your pickup time, this must be done at least 48hrs prior to the departure.

The best time to visit Fraser Island is during the dry season, from April to October. The weather is pleasant, with warm days and cool nights, making it ideal for outdoor activities. The island is less humid, and there's a lower chance of rain.
