CANCELLATION POLICY
1. This experience is non-refundable and cannot be changed for any reason. If you cancel or ask for an amendment, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
2. Non utilised tour components will not be refunded.
• Upon arrival, a credit card will be required at check-in to hold a $200 deposit for incidental charges during your stay. If there are no additional charges, this amount will be refunded.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure time.
The commencement of hotel pickups is approximately 2 hours prior to the departure time of the tour, you must make telephone contact with the local service provider to book the pickup and verify the exactness of your pickup time, this must be done at least 48hrs prior to the departure.
