About this experience

The Blue Lake Cave is one of the main postcards of Bonito-MS and certainly one of the most beautiful settings in Brazil, it is one of the largest flooded caves on the planet, and visiting it is a true journey to the origins of the region.

The tour is entirely contemplative, and to reach the lake, it is necessary to descend almost 300 steps, equivalent to a 12-story building. But don't worry, the reward is worth it. The lake is crystal clear, and the blue color that makes it famous is due to a combination of factors, such as the location of the cave and the presence of minerals on its bottom. In the early hours of the morning, the blue becomes even more intense, and outside of visiting hours, it is no longer possible to see this coloration.

To take the tour, visitors must wear a helmet provided by the tour, and wearing hiking shoes or sandals with rubber soles is mandatory.
