About this experience

Pick up at the hotel to start a magical adventure just one hour away from the city, visiting the Chagres National Park where the indigenous of the Embera Tribe will greet you with open arms and guide your vessel through the flowing veins of the Chagres River.
Our first port of call unveils a hidden waterfall, a mere 20-minute walk, where the symphony of nature serenades your senses, once we reach the waterfall you can immerse yourself in the crystalline waters while we enjoy the peace and tranquility that nature offers.
Returning to the canoe, we set sail once more towards the Embera Village, indulge in their dances, their culture and enjoy a typical lunch freshly made, you can also buy beautiful handcrafts or get a temporary tattoo, at the end of the day we will return to the bus that with memories that will last a lifetime

We start the adventure at your hotel and we will drive around one hour to Chagres National Park, when we reach we will board the canoe to cruise the Chagres River and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the forest and all the ecosystem around,

when we arrive to the Village we will be greet by the community and a magic of music, dances and colors will begin. They will perform a series of traditional dances that are part of their culture.

After you will enjoy lunch made by the community that consist in fry fish ( catch of the day), green fry plantain (patacones) and fresh fruits, after lunch you will meet with the craftspeople and artist that handmade traditional souvenirs that you can purchase to take back home or if you prefer a different souvenir you can get a natural tattoo on your skin that can last a couple days.

To finish this wonderful day we will return again in the canoe to cruise the Chagres River and after driving back to your hotel.
