For bookings departing from Central Station, please meet us at the dock located between Central Station and Hotel Victoria (on the side of Central Station), 10 minutes before departure for check-in.
Please make sure you are at the departure location [Amstel 51F or Stationsplein 24 depending on your booking] at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time for your check-in. You can check in at one of our colleagues at the dock.
On the boat docks, either at H'Art Museum or Central Station and Hotel Victoria (on the side of Central Station), our boats are blue and marked with a "Boatamsterdam.com" sign
