What you'll see

During pick-up, your assigned driver will hold a sign with your name or your organization’s name/logo on an iPad or printed board. You will also receive the driver’s name, contact number, and vehicle details (model, plate number) in advance via message or email.

Our routes are usually the most efficient and direct ones to ensure you arrive on time. However, if you would prefer a more scenic route or need stops along the way, we are happy to accommodate your request — just let us know in advance.

All vehicles are luxury Toyota Alphard or Vellfire models — clean, climate-controlled, and very comfortable. Bottled water, tissues, and phone charging are available onboard. If you have any questions before your trip, feel free to contact us anytime. We’re happy to help.

What's not included

Fuel surcharge applies only to out-of-town rentals and is calculated as 15 liters of AI-95 gasoline per 100 km.
Gratuities (tips) are not included and are optional. You may tip the driver at your discretion if you’re satisfied with the service.
Extra luggage beyond the standard limit may incur an additional fee. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing large or multiple bags
If your luggage exceeds the vehicle’s weight limit, extra charges may apply. To avoid issues, please check your luggage weight in advance
An extra $10 fee applies for every 10 km beyond Zone A from the airport. This charge ensures fair pricing for extended distance drop-offs outside the main city area.
Parking fees may include waiting time. If delays are due to the passenger, an extra fee of $15 per hour applies. This is added under “Parking Fees” to cover extended waiting costs.
