In the event that Palácio da Pena or Quinta da Regaleira are closed due to an accident or natural events (such as storms or fire risks), the tour will not be cancelled. Instead, alternative sites will be visited, such as the National Palace of Sintra and the Palace of Queluz, ensuring a full and enriching experience.
On December 24th, 25th, and 31st, as well as January 1st, Palácio da Pena and Quinta da Regaleira will be closed to visitors.
Please note that the tour is subject to a minimum number of participants. Should this requirement not be met, we will need to reschedule your tour to an alternative time slot or date.
If you chose the pickup option, you will be picked up between 7h40-8h20.

Meeting point

Meeting time is 15 mins before tour start. The meeting point will be on the south side or (left considering the way the train comes from lisbon), we will be waiting there for you.
