In the morning, we'll pick you up at your hotel before heading to the park headquarters for a detailed briefing on the golden monkey trekking experience. Here, expert guides will provide insights on how to observe and interact responsibly with these playful primates in their natural habitat. By 8:00 AM, you’ll embark on a short drive to the starting point of the trek, where you’ll receive hiking sticks to assist you on the trail.
As you set off on foot, you’ll trek through the bamboo forests, taking in the lush greenery and fresh mountain air, with opportunities to spot other wildlife and bird species along the way.
Upon reaching the golden monkeys, you’ll spend an hour watching them leap between trees, forage for food, and interact in their social groups. Their energetic movements and vibrant golden fur make for a captivating sight, providing incredible opportunities for photography and videography.
