The driver on the booking must bring a valid Driver’s License. All other participants on the booking must have valid ID. Participants who do not meet identification and licensure requirements will not be able to participate, forfeiting their booking. No refund will be issued for forfeitures.
The physical credit card used to make the booking must be presented at check-in. The reservation name and the name on the credit card used for payment must match. If the names do not match, the booking will not be valid, and participants must register and pay at check-in, pending booking availability.
Weight and Height Limits: Height: 1.37 m (4'6") to 1.96 m (6'5"). Weight: Two-passenger car total weight max is 430 pounds. Four-passenger car: total max weight is 748 pounds. Before each tour, we will conduct weight checks. If participant(s) exceed these limits, unfortunately, to ensure your safety, will NOT be able to participate, and will NOT receive refund. Share this information with all members of your group to avoid any inconveniences.
A refundable damage deposit of $150 is required at check-in. The deposit will be held on your credit card and released 24 hours after check-in, pending no damage or incidentals. The credit/debit card on file will be charged for any damage or incidental costs exceeding $150. Please note that failure to provide a credit card for this hold will result in the forfeiture of your booking, and you will not be able to participate. Unfortunately, no refund will be provided for any forfeited bookings.
