We reserve the right to modify the meeting time at the marina and/or the departure time. We also reserve the right to cancel the tour before departure at the marina due to unfavorable weather conditions.
We reserve the right to change the pick-up location and schedule due to logistical reasons such as traffic, road closures, narrow streets, parking restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Participants must adhere to a casual dress code for outdoor activities, which prohibits bathing suits, cover-ups, or see-through/translucent clothing.
Individuals heavily under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to the tour will be denied participation and may be charged.
Smoking any type of cigars, cigarettes, medicinal cannabis, or nicotine vapes is prohibited on the RST Bus, at the San Juan Bay Marina, or while on the Sunset Boat. Guests found engaging in these practices will be denied participation for safety reasons and will still be charged.
Children under 2 years old must remain in their parent's lap. Children aged 2 to 18 must always be accompanied by an adult.
Once the boat crew begins preparations to depart from the dock, boarding will not be permitted, and guests will be considered a no-show.
No refunds or rescheduling will be granted for late cancellations, no-shows, tardiness, or failure to comply with requirements.

Meeting point

Enter the San Juan Bay Marina gates. Turn left, drive through the parking lot until you cross a blue gate. Meet a guarded gate and state your name and that you are meeting with the tour. Park your vehicle in any of the available spots. Meet us at the rest area next to the boarding green gate.
