About this experience

2 hours of smooth, scenic riding on hand-picked sections of the most beautiful parts of the NC Mountains to Sea Trail. Enjoy picturesque moments, some local history, while letting the e-bikes glide you along the paved pathway.

This tour is led by a Duke University licensed Psychologist. There will be some mindfulness check-ins along the way to help maximize enjoyment of the scenery and outdoors.

This tour is open to anyone and everyone. It's quite an amazing experience. Expect to leave with a deeper sense of peace and serenity.
