Local fun facts and history along the way. Exhilarating e-bike ride along the Mountains to Sea Trail. Delicious lunch and cocktail included (bean burger and non-alcoholic drinks can be substituted.) Great way to get outdoors and enjoy nature on a pedal assisted e-bike (no actual pedaling required)!

Detailed itinerary

You’ll meet your experienced guides, have a brief safety meeting, and do some quick orientation rides to make sure everyone feels comfortable on the bikes. Once we embark as a group, we will do a bit of scenic riding through Clayton, then stop at Vinson’s Pub for lunch. Afterwards, we will enter the Mountains to Sea Trail, where we will have an exhilarating e-bike ride. During this time, your guide will have some interesting facts about local history and information about the Neuse River, native tribes, local cemeteries, and more. We will eventually come full circle back to Deep River Brewery where you will have a beer waiting for you – compliments of Triangle Adventures. There will also be several stops photo ops and bathroom breaks.

Meeting point

We will be meeting at 348 East Main Street in Clayton NC. There is a paved parking lot with a gravel parking lot adjacent to it. Your guides will be waiting near the Triangle Adventures trailer with the fleet of e-bikes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.
