Triangle Adventures is excited to announce in 2026 we have launched something new on our tours:

AI-powered digital video! This will allow stories to be told from the perspective of the actual historical figure, creating a wildly immersive experience like nothing else out there. See, hear and feel their personal story in their own voice... It's like stepping into the past.

What's a Triangle Adventures tour like? Ride through town and on the smooth NC Greenway trail with fun and interesting stops along the way. Expect to learn about local heroes, NASCAR origins, moonshining, native tribes, Neuse River, milling towns, play alcohol trivia, and lots more! Plus, authentic street tacos and fresh-squeezed margaritas are included!

Detailed itinerary

You’ll meet your experienced guides, have a brief safety meeting, and do some quick orientation rides to make sure everyone feels comfortable on the bikes. Once we embark as a group, we will do a bit of scenic riding through Clayton, then stop at one of our favorite local Mexican Restaurants for lunch. Afterwards, we will enter the Mountains to Sea Trail, where we will have an exhilarating e- bike ride. During this time, your guide will have some interesting facts about local history and information about culinary facts, native culture, and more. We will eventually come full circle back to Deep River Brewery where you will have a beer waiting for you – courtesy of Triangle Adventures. There will also be several stops for photo ops and bathroom breaks.

Meeting point

We will be meeting at 348 East Main Street in Clayton NC. There is a paved parking lot with a gravel parking lot adjacent to it. Your guides will be waiting near the Triangle Adventures trailer with the fleet of e-bikes. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time.
