Katori Jingu is a prestigious shrine in Katori City, Chiba Prefecture, with a magnificent vermilion main hall that still retains the architectural style of the Heian Period and is especially beautiful with the autumn leaves in fall and cherry blossoms in spring. Within the shrine grounds, there is a vast forest where visitors can take a stroll in a solemn atmosphere and feel refreshed.
