This will be our first hike of the morning, is total of 2 miles to the highest mountain of Panama City at an elevation of 600 feet above sea level, this magnificent hill has an amazing history and the biggest Panama flag of the country. As we climb this hill, we will have amazing views of the morning sun but at the same time we are going to be looking for wildlife that can be found in this natural treasure of the city. Once in the top we will enjoy 3 different view points.

After the astonishing views we will head down ancon hill and get ready for our second hike of the morning at the famous Metropolitan Park. But before we will stop for coffee and local empanadas.
The Metropolitan Natural Park is one of the rainforest jewels of Panama, nestled between the former canal zone and the metropolitan area of the city, is called the Lung of the capital city. After a well earned break for coffee, we will have all the energies to do our second hike with a total distance of 1.8 miles. in this part of the tour our expert guides will immerse you in the natural history of the rainforest of the Panama Canal area. With our telescope we will get up close to the different animals that we can find in this amazing park. Once at the top another breathtaking views of the city and this iconic combination of nature and modern skyscrapers.
