Let's explore the Miraflores locks on the famous Panama Canal! I am your bilingual guide and I will be happy to accompany you on this unforgettable visit. At the Miraflores locks we will see how the enormous ships are raised and lowered through gates while the water flows strategically to balance the levels. During this process, I will be available to answer all your questions and share interesting details about the operation of the locks, the dimensions of the boats, the amount of water used, and other fun facts. Of this time we take one hour to travel to the point of interest.
We will continue our exciting day exploring the nature and biodiversity of Panama with a visit to the Sanctuary of the Lazy at the beautiful Hotel Gamboa Rainforest Resort! The Sloth Sanctuary is a unique place where you have the opportunity to observe these adorable animals in a safe and controlled environment. The sloths you will find here were rescued as babies and given specialized care to ensure their well-being.
