About this experience

This not JUST a walking tour nor JUST a cheese and wine tasting. Your guide Michael has 20 years experience running his own cheese shop in Switzerland, he now spends most of his time writing and talking about cheese, including taking guests on his unique cheese "Shopping Walks".

On his tours you will visit 2 cheese shops and learn how to spot the best cheeses and how to make a perfect cheese board.

The tasting is held in a unique wine shop - it only stocks Dutch Wine! The owner will give an introduction about Dutch Wine and he will choose a White and a Red Wine to compliment the cheeses.

Michael will then serve the cheeses and explain why they all look, smell and taste different. You'll also learn how the cheeses are made the history of the recipes. He also has many interesting anecdotes to share!

Other tours (inc with craft beer and private walks on luxury canal boats) are available on other days as well as workshops with no shop walks, please contact me.
