This tour gives you the exciting opportunity to visit Chartwell, the private residence of Sir Winston Churchill on your way to the airport. A visit to Chartwell provides a fascinating insight into one of the greatest Prime Ministers that Great Britain has ever had. The interior remains virtually unchanged since the Churchill's lived there. It is located in a most beautiful area where you may enjoy spectacular views over the Weald of Kent and explore the charming gardens, including the famous Rose Walk, planted by Sir Winston himself.

In Chartwell, you will visit the house in which Sir Winston Churchill lived until the time of his death. You will also see beautiful gardens and the studio which displays many of his paintings. You will also have an opportunity to admire the wonderful views which attracted Sir Winston when buying this property in 1922.
Please note: the remaining time (3-5 hours) will be allotted for lunch (optional) and the travel time from pick up until drop off.
