The Direct entry ticket is valid for transportation with Londoncruise-transfers only on the day of travel this should be handed to your chauffeur its is not a direct ticket for entrance to Dover castle these have to be purchased at cost via the Dover castle website.
Your tickets can be purchased at the ticket office on the day.
