What you'll see
You will be picked up from Dover Cruise terminal or Address and taken directly to your Heathrow Airport or Hotel in London. The driver will arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. The driver will assist you with your luggage and then escort you to your vehicle. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late.

Important notes
The driver will meet you with your name on a Board Sign outside or inside the Cruise terminal at the specified pickup time. (Please do not wait for your driver at the vehicle pickup and drop-off area)
The disembarkation time is the time that the driver will arrive at the cruise terminal
If for any reason you need to contact the office or cannot locate your driver please call our UK number on 0208 9355116.
If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.
If waiting time at the cruise terminal exceeds 30 minutes from the set pickup time an additional charge will apply. £8.00 for every 10 minutes plus any additional car park charges.
The driver will leave the cruise terminal 60 minutes from the set pickup time, If not able to make contact with the passenger, If you experience any delays in disembarking the cruise ship, Please contact the office as soon as possible to avoid a no-show.
Each traveller is allowed a maximum of 1 Big suitcase - 29x21x11 inches / 74x54x28 cm (25 kg to 55 lbs) and 1 Small carry-on bag - 22x14x9 inches / 56x36x23 cm. (15 kg to 35 lbs)
