What you'll see
After booking, you will receive a confirmation with your pick-up time, meeting point, and the name and phone number of your driver. You may also share your flight details to help us monitor any delays or early arrivals.
On the day of your transfer, your driver will arrive on time and wait for you at the designated meeting point. For airport arrivals, the driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign showing your name. If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge. For hotel pick-ups, the driver meets you in the lobby and assists with your luggage.
Once you meet your driver, you will be escorted to the vehicle. All vehicles are clean, non-smoking, and equipped with heating and air conditioning.
Upon arrival, your driver helps unload your luggage and drops you off directly at your hotel, airport terminal, or accommodation. The service concludes once you arrive safely.
