About this experience

Early in the morning, our guide and driver will pick you up from your location and drive 70 km east of Ulaanbaatar to the world’s largest equestrian statue, a 40 m tall stainless-steel statue of mounted Genghis Khan. Upon entering the statue complex, there is a small museum, souvenir shop, and a lift that takes you to flights of stairs upwards to the top of the horse’s head allowing you to get a panoramic view of the surrounding grasslands. While your visit, our guide will assemble the bikes so we can start cycling. Although near the capital of Mongolia, you will get a chance to cycle up and down on hilly steppe dirt road through vast valleys that stretch beyond the horizon, pass by animal herds, and visit modern nomadic families for a chance to experience their unique lifestyle.
