E-scooters are a great alternative to public transport and cab rides. They offer a convenience that wasn’t available before. They’re also more cost-effective and accessible. A driver’s license isn’t required but you still need to know some basic traffic rules.

2. Foldable electric e-bike

There are two ways to collect your electric scooter.

1. Rimo will deliver your electric scooter to your hotel for free the day before your travel plan: Nago City West Coast, Yomitan Village, Onna Village, Kadena Village, Chatan Village, Ginowan City, Urasoe City, Naha City, Tomigusuku City, Itoman City.

Please note that delivery and collection outside the area will incur additional charges. Payment will be made locally.
Delivery fee outside the free delivery area/unit: 1,100 yen
Collection fee outside the free delivery area/unit: 1,100 yen
Purchase optional insurance/unit: 1,500 yen

For vehicles covered by voluntary insurance, there is unlimited coverage for personal injury (to the other party in an accident). For property damage (to the other party in an accident), the insurance covers up to 1 million yen, and for injuries to the driver of our vehicle, it covers up to 30 million yen.

Delivery time will be from 18:00 to 19:00. Please let us know the hotel name in advance.

2. You can also come to Rimo Naha Airport store, Rimo Onna Village Store, or Rimo Chatan Store to pick up your vehicle on the day of your reservation (OPEN 9:00AM). Please explain to the staff that you made a reservation through this platform when you arrive.

Start of use
After completing the rental procedure, pick up the vehicle and start sightseeing at your leisure.

Vehicle return

Rimo will collect the electric scooter for free at the location specified by the customer (within the delivery range) during the reservation period.
Items can be returned to Rimo Naha Airport Store/Rimo Onna Village Store.
