On the way to Palmela we will pass over the bridge wich is the second largest bridge in Europe.

You will have the chance to see one of the most beautiful montains, home for old houses and convents and a breath taking view.

Inhabited since pre-historic times, due to the privileged and strategic location, Palmela shows you traces of various cultures and the passing of time. There are several churches for you to visit and also a convent that belongs to Santiago Order turned now into a hostel. From that point you can catch sight of both "Tejo" River and Sado River.

Tile Factory – You will travel back in time at this one-of a kind handmade tile factory that still uses centuries-old techniques where you will learn and experience for yourself one of the oldest crafts in Portugal.

Winery – An iconic Portuguese winery with a unique art collection brings to you an enriching insight of the wine industry in our county, such as one-of-a kind art pieces! Explore the winery and taste one of the best wines in the country, during a full hour dedicated to you.

Stop 6

This viewing platform inspired by the Brazilian Christ the Redeemer statue, provides the best views upon Lisbon’s city! We will head back “home” over 25 de Abril Bridge – very similar to the well-known Bay Bridge!

On our way back we will pass by the amazing 25 de Abril Bridge wich was inspired by the Bay Bridge in San Francisco.
