After our adventure we will stop in a local restaurant - nothing touristy,very mom and pop. This restaurant makes food like my grandmother used to make - very delicious indeed! This is a hidden spring of fresh water. This place is not known by any tourists and only by very few locals, so it is a hidden gem. The waters here are literally clean enough to drink. This body of water is hidden inside a little forest that I know. We walk down a trail about 15 minutes to get there. We will swim and have fun here for an hour and a half. Come explore this unknown and really off the beaten part of the island. Some of the three hours is spend on travel time.
