1. Booking Your Transfer:
- Book your transfer via Viator. You will receive a booking confirmation with all details within 24 hours.
- Provide your pickup and drop-off locations (e.g., Schiphol to Amsterdam Cruise Port or vice versa).
- If you’re traveling from Amsterdam Cruise Port, provide your ship’s name and address (if applicable).
2. Pre-Departure Confirmation:
- Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS on the same day for confirmation, including their name and license plate.
3. Pickup Process at Schiphol Airport:
- After collecting luggage, take the escalator inside the airport to Departure Hall 3, exit through Door B. Your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Please note that after flight arrival there is free waiting time of 70 minutes. We will monitor the flight even in case of delays or adjustment.
- For Meet & Greet service, just mention it in the booking comments, and the driver will meet you directly at the arrival hall.
