Subject to favorable weather conditions. Flights can only be operated with safe winds, clear sky and no rain. Flights require visibility of at least 4 km. In case of unsuitable weather conditions, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded. In case of cancellation due to the weather you can choose to cancel all and get a full refund or to take only the spa visit with lunch and receive a refund for the Hot Air Balloon Flight. For this reason you must provide your up to date contact information so the operator can contact you in case of cancellation.
The Shared Basket option requires a minimum of two passengers to operate. If only one person books for a specific date, the flight will be subject to the booking of a second passenger, or an alternative date will be offered.
