What you'll see

Join us for a spectacular adventure tour of Northern Thailand from the seat of your very own Tuk Tuk.

Starting and ending in Chiang Mai city and staying in 5 fantastic locations throughout Chiang Mai and Mae Hong Son provinces you'll get off the beaten track and discover the heart and soul of this wonderful part of the world.

Day 1 - Arrival and Training
• Transfer from Chiang Mai city to the Tuk Tuk training base in Mae Wang, around 60 minutes away. Get to grips with your Tuk Tuk in our detailed training session and then visit a remote hillside Temple and receive a blessing for the adventure ahead. 

Day 2 - Driving, Elephants and Rafting
• More time to practise your driving skills before then heading to learn about elephants in Thailand and meet some of these beautiful animals at a forward thinking elephant home. End the day by relaxing on a bamboo raft down the local river.

Day 3 - Up into the mountains
• Our first serious day of driving as we head up into the foothills of Doi Inthanon to our overnight stay in a small hill-tribe village. 

Day 4 - Trekking and Waterffalls
• A fantastic day exploring the forests and waterfalls around Doi Inthanon including the opportunity to explore a hill-tribe village 

Day 5 - Travel West to Mae Sariang
• We head West ending up in the lovely small town of Mae Sariang where you can relax in the pool next to the river. 

Day 6 - Up and over the mountains to Mae Hong Son
• Another day behind the wheel as we head to the stunning town of Mae Hong Son. Stunning views, lots of stops to experience local life and our final destination is a fantastic rural resort nestled around rice paddies and the forest.

Day 7 - Explore Mae Hong Son
• A free day to rest and relax or explore Mae Hong Son - it's up to you

Day 8 - Drive to Pai
• Back on the mountain roads as we head to the fabulous mountain village of Pai. More stunning views, fantastic roads and a chance to relax in the hotel pool at the end of the day

Day 9 - Explore Pai
• Another day out of the Tuk Tuks and time for you to relax and enjoy the views or get out and about and enjoy Pai

Day 10 - Back to base camp
• Journey through amazing rural back roads as we head back to base camp at Mae Wang for a farewell dinner

Day 11 - Transfer to Chiang Mai City
• Transfer by minivan back to Chiang Mai city arriving around late morning / midday
