This is not a typical coffee tour. This is an invitation to journey into the heart of the forest and understand a way of life.
This is a different experience, designed for travelers who seek real connection. We believe coffee is a story of people, place, and purpose. This is "Our Coffee, Our Way of Life."
Your day starts with a 7:00-7:30 AM pickup.
First, journey 1.5 hours in a comfortable VIP van, then switch to a 4WD truck for a 20-minute ride into the jungle mountains. Next, we'll walk through a wild coffee forest with our Karen hosts, learning their wisdom—"The Grounded Way"—and discovering how this living ecosystem creates the unique flavors.
After, we'll share a Farm-to-Table, plant-based lunch with our hosts. This is real connection, not a performance.
Finally, join a hands-on "Wabi-Sabi" (imperfect beauty) workshop. You'll Roast Your Own beans over a fire (your edible souvenir!) and Brew Your Own Cup with a V60. This is your chance to truly taste the story of the forest.
Pickup included
The Journey Up We’ll pick you up in a comfortable, VIP van and leave the city behind, heading for the emerald highlands (about 1.5 hours).
** Thrilling 4WD Mountain Ride: Hold on for an exciting 4WD journey up into the highlands, offering stunning views you can only get by going off the beaten path.
** Coffee Forest Trek (50-60 minutes): We'll then hike through a hidden coffee estate. You'll learn to identify coffee plants as they grow wild, deeply connected to the forest ecosystem.
Real Connection, Farm to Table (Lunchtime) We'll cook a local delicious, home-cooked, plant-powered lunch with our hosts. This is a moment to slow down, share stories, and just... connect. Person to person. It’s an authentic shared meal, not a performance.
Coffee Workshop Now that you know the why, it's time to taste the what. This is a hands-on workshop with a "Wabi-Sabi" vibe (meaning we find beauty in imperfection).
** ROAST YOUR OWN: Get hands-on and fire-roast your own batch of premium Arabica. This is your edible souvenir.
** BREW YOUR CUP: We'll show you how to brew a V60 pour-over. You'll taste the difference the forest makes. It's not about being a perfect "master"; it's about connecting with the craft.
By 5:30pm-6:30pm, we'll drop you off at your hotel feeling happy, caffeinated, and full of awesome memories!
