Upon your arrival at Chiang Mai International Airport, you will see our friendly representative holding a sign at the exit gates with your name on it. He will greet you before taking you to the coach and transport you to your hotel. Please contact our service line if you are not able to find our representative at the airport.

Flights arriving within 30 minutes of each other will be combined for Seat-In-Coach transfers. Delays maybe experienced whilst all passengers assigned to your Seat-In-Coach transfer come through immigration and customs from the various flights: passengers will be required to wait until all guests have cleared immigration and collected their luggage before the transfer departs
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required

Important notes

On arrival at Chiang Mai Airport please collect your luggage, proceed to the exit of the Customs Hall and make your way to the meeting point at gate number 2 (two) inside the terminal. You will be met by a representative who will be holding a sign with your name on it. Should you have any queries or fail to meet your guide please phone (+66) 53 448 343 between 8:30-17:00 (Mon-Fri) and 8:30-12:00 (Sat) or (+66) 89 433 1796 for after hours assistance
