Our yoga and sound therapy is an amazing way to the experience both of these healing modalities while enjoying one of the best views in St. Kitts. It doesn't get much better than that! You'll find yourself in a unique studio with friendly , helpful instructors that are happy to meet you at your level. If you ever wanted to try yoga and never felt the opportunity was right, take this time to get instruction from experienced teachers that have worked in the industry for a number of years.
