The Divin (brandy) is a wine spirit , produced by double distillation, according to the traditional method, from local raw material, the wine distillates are aged for at least 3 years in oak barrels. Its name “Divin” literally comes from the Romanian phrase “din vin”, which means “from wine”. “Divin” also means “divine” in Romanian, which is supported by the fact that, a large part of the distillates evaporate and therefore it is said that it goes to the sky to serve as a sacrifice for the quality obtained.
