Your journey begins with a convenient pickup,we will drive approximately one hour by car to the port of the national park, where we will be greeted by members of the community.Followed a the majestic Chagres River, offering stunning views of Panama’s lush rainforest.
Enjoy cultural presentations that include traditional dances, music, and storytelling, offering insight into the history and customs of the Emberá people. You’ll also have the chance to participate in local activities, such as dance or handcrafting.
A delicious, locally-prepared lunch will be served, giving you a taste of Emberá cuisine. At the end of the day, we’ll return by boat to your starting point, concluding a unique experience that blends adventure, culture, and nature into an unforgettable day trip.

We start in Panama City with hotel pickup at the scheduled time.
We will travel for approximately one hour, either by car, bus, or van, depending on the number of people, to Chagres National Park, where the members of the community will be waiting for us at the port.
We will begin our journey toward Bonita Waterfall, a scenic trail that winds through lush rainforest. After approximately 20 minutes of walking, we will arrive at this hidden natural gem, where you can relax, take photos, and enjoy the refreshing waters surrounded by pristine jungle.
We will visit the Emberá community, where we will spend most of our time interacting with community members, learning about their culture, traditions, cuisine, dances, and other attractions.
We will return to the port where the boat picked us up on a journey of approximately 30 minutes.
We will return to Panama City on a journey of approximately 1 hour, back to the starting point, concluding this wonderful experience.
