What you'll see

Your designated Driver/Host will meet you inside Baggage Claim with a sign with the name on reservation at your time of arrival.

Delays on flights happens often, is this happen to your flight or the flight before yours, you can expect a driver-delay of 30 minutes. The office will always be in contact with you to keep you updated on your driver's status. You will have your driver's name and phone 1-day prior reservation in case you need it.

This is a one-way service. For a round-trip service please book this same product twice will all details corresponding to each service need it (pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a valid phone number - driver will be in contact with you before each service).

For pick-ups at the SJU airport, the meetup location is at your Baggage Claim area.
