About this experience

Go where no other adventure will take you and live the island of Culebra like a resident! The food, the drinks, the magic of snorkeling in an underwater nature reserve, and the unmistakable sand and waters of world-famous Flamenco Beach! We will supply round trip transportation, ferry tickets, and a road map of the best locations, and then step back and allow you to experience the tranquility of Culebra at your own pace!

Arriving at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal with ticket in hand, guests will board the 9:00 am ferry for a 1 hour boat ride to the stunning island of Culebra.

Arriving in Culebra around 10 am, guests are free to enjoy this tranquil paradise however they choose. Walk through the small town area to a local bakery, grab a taxi straight to Flamenco for the day, or rent a vehicle and explore every corner of this beautiful island.

Guests will board the 3:30 pm ferry back to the mainland. When arriving back in Ceiba, your driver will be ready and waiting to return you safely!

Detailed itinerary

The day will start with 6:30 am pickup from one of our many locations in the San Juan, Isla Verde, Rio Grande, Luquillo, and Fajardo areas. Ride comfortably with a professional driver in an air conditioned vehicle!

Arriving at the Ceiba Ferry Terminal at 8:00 am, we will board the 9:00 am ferry for a 1 hour boat ride to the stunning island of Culebra. The ferry has plenty of seating and a restroom on board. The size of the ferry allows for the smoothest possible ride through the open waters en route to Culebra. Enjoy views of El Yunque Rainforest and the islands of Icacos, Palomino, Vieques, and even St. Thomas in the distance!

Without the presence of a group or guide, you are free to explore Culebra at your own pace! Enjoy local eateries, secluded beaches, snorkeling in an underwater nature reserve, or laying out on world famous Flamenco Beach! The day is yours to enjoy however you choose!

Suitable for all physical fitness levels
Every guest will need to purchase a ticket to join this tour, regardless of age.
Tickets and transportation will be provided for the 9 am ferry from Ceiba to Culebra, and return on the 3:30 pm ferry from Culebra back to Ceiba
Guests are welcome to bring a small bag or backpack that fits under their seat (think plane seat.) Anything larger than that will not be allowed in the van.
Passengers in swimsuits or without shirts are not allowed in the terminals or on board the vessels. This includes see through cover ups. Please be sure to wear a shirt and shorts to ensure you are able to enter the ferry.

We will coordinate with you to deliver your Ferry ticket(s) and equipment the night before your departure in exchange for your booking ticket from TripAdvisor.
