Cardiovascular or respiratory conditions (even Asthma), high blood pressure, ear infections, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or those who have consumed alcohol on the day are not permitted to join.
Snorkeling participants under 6 years old or over 60 years old cannot join the tour.
Diving participants under 10 and over 60 years old are not allowed.
Due to pressure changes, you cannot board a flight in the 24 hour after diving.
Due to equipment size limitations, guests over 120 kg (approx. 265 lbs) cannot participate in the snorkeling tour
Due to equipment size limitations, those over 100 kg (approx. 220 lbs) cannot participate in the introductory diving tour.

Health & Participation Restrictions
For safety reasons, participants under 6 or over 60 years old cannot join the snorkeling tour.
For diving, only those aged 10 to 60 are allowed.
Participation is not permitted for guests with heart, lung or respiratory conditions (including asthma), high blood pressure, ear infections, pregnancy, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, alcohol consumption on the day, or hangovers.
Regarding Diving, Due to pressure effects, flying on the same day after diving is strictly prohibited.
Due to equipment limitations, guests over 120 kg (265 lbs) cannot snorkel, and those over 100 kg (220 lbs) cannot dive.
These restrictions are part of the mandatory health check on the day. If you fail the check, you will not be allowed to join and no refund will be provided.
Additional Information
If the minimum of 4 participants is not met, the tour may be cancelled the day before. We will contact you in that case.
