Meet and greet in Chisinau. We will pick you up from your hotel and then we will drive 1 hour to the border with Transnistria. The only one thing which you should take with you is your passport for border control. They will not put any stamp, but they will give you a ticket with your dates

We will drive to the capital of the unrecognized Transnistrian Moldovan Republic-Tiraspol. it is a city that has preserved the Soviet symbols of its past with the monuments of Lenin, the administrative buildings of Soviet architecture and with the tank in the city center. Here we will visit all MUST SEE places and after this visit
you can say with confidence that you have been to the USSR!

The Real Heritage of Transnistria. In 1713, the fortress, the town, and the neighboring village Varniţa were the site of skirmishes (kalabalik) between Charles XII of Sweden, who had taken refuge there with the Cossack Hetman Ivan Mazepa after his defeat in the Battle of Poltava.
