At the extreme point of the promontory awaits us the Sanctuary of the Split Mountain. On the opposite side of the beach of Serapo from the promontory of the Sanctuary, a sort of islet-rock is clearly visible, renamed by the locals "the ship". The nickname comes from the fact that the rock as a whole recalls the shape of a boat. Arrived in Sperlonga We will admire the medieval towers dating back to 1500 and the wonderful natural caves of limestone formation: the caves of Bazzano, Caves of Capovento and the most suggestive, the "Blue Grotto".
