Stop 1

The first part of the tour will include lots of historical sites starting from the capital Basseterre. Here you will see the National Museum or Old Treasury Building, A replica of the Big Ben and Picadilly Square in England, The Independence square where the slaves were sold, the largest Catholic Church and Anglican Church on the island. We will also pass by the Government’s Headquarters, the War Memorial.

We will travel westward towards the countryside where we pass a very historic point called, Bloody point or river. Then we will proceed to Old Road the first town created by the English, we will see the Carib’s Petroglyphs. If it not a cloudy day, you will be able to see the top of Mount Liamuiga, and the entrance to the only volcano on the island.

After we will journey to the ruins of a 16th century sugar plantation and take in the ruins.

Stop 2

The final stop of the tour will be at the beginning of the South East Peninsula. Here you will be able to see, both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea side by side. This view is situated at the top of a hill called, ‘Timothy Hill’ which was named after a British Soldier, who was successful in deterring the French from entering the island from the Southeast Peninsular. This majestic view will take your breath away. Once all photos have been taken the tour will return to the pickup point.
