We will stop at the gigantic steel equine statue mounted by Genghis Khan himself is the largest statue of an equestrian in the world.
This 40 m tall statue is located on a hillside on the bank of the Tuul River in an area called Tsonjin Boldog and connected to capital Ulaanbaatar by 54 km paved road.
Tsonjin Boldog was chosen according to the legend that Genghis Khan found a whip in this area. In Mongolia, people believe that man finding a whip is a sign of fortune, good destiny, and occasion.
The visitors take an elevator and walk to the horse head area through its chest and neck to the observation deck where you look out on panoramic views of the surrounding area, the Tuul River Valley and Khan Khentii Mountains, the birthplace of the khan.

Terelj national park is designated as a National park in 1970-s and is the place, where Mongolians want to travel and relax with excitement on wild nature. Terelj National park landscape is very picturesque on forests, granite rocky hills, rocks with interesting shapes, rivers and green meadows. There every person is impressed with the nature beauty and color harmony.
