Upon arrival at PTY, after clearing customs and collecting your luggage, your bilingual driver will be waiting in the designated meeting area (usually Door #18 in Terminal 2 and Door#4 in terminal 1) with a sign with your name. Present your booking confirmation, and your driver will assist with your luggage before escorting you to your private, air-conditioned vehicle.
